Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase - Acknowledgement

Seller has received or has access to Starbucks Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Version 3.0, dated April 25, 2014. Starbucks shall have the right to amend, revise, and update Starbucks Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time by providing written notice to Seller. Any amendments, revisions, or updates to Starbucks Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be effective if Starbucks provides Seller with written notice and shall apply to all Orders issued subsequent to the date of such notice. Seller acknowledges and agrees that Starbucks offer to purchase Products and Services is expressly limited to, and expressly made conditional on, Seller’s acceptance of Starbucks Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Starbucks objects to any different or additional terms. A copy of the then current Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase is accessible at http://starbucks.com/suppliers. Capitalized terms used herein that are not defined shall have the meanings assigned to suchterms in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase.Seller understands this Starbucks Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase Acknowledgement does not constitute an Order or commitment on behalf of Starbucks for any Products or Services.
